 Dear Dawn: 

As all pet owners know, losing a pet through accidental death is a particularly painful experience, usually accompanied by a generous mix of sorrow and guilt. 

When we lost our young yellow lab, because he darted into traffic, we resolved never to let that happen again, but didn’t know how to prevent it and still allow our pet to have some freedom of movement. 

I called you to train our new yellow lab, and the results were astounding.  First, you taught me how to train him properly, change objectionable behaviors, and refresh the lessons learned; and it was done remarkably quickly.

Within a week after our first ‘session’, Bailey had learned how to ‘heel’ and stop at curbs…All the time, no mistakes.  I haven’t had to use a leash since he was 10 months old, and he’s made no mistakes.  He won’t chase a rabbit, a squirrel, or another dog into the street; and he responds to commands consistently.

 I have referred you to other members of our Chamber of Commerce often and have always had reports that you created a remarkable result regardless of how difficult the breed, or stubborn the pet.

Please continue to use the Chamber of Commerce, and me personally, as a reference in any of the pet services you deliver; and if someone wants to call me directly to discuss your services, please feel free to provide them with my number.
